Processing Time
Most personalized and custom orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Larger, bulk, or highly customized orders may require 10–14 business days after artwork approval. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Rush Orders
Need your order sooner? Please contact us before placing your order to confirm rush availability. Additional fees may apply.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Please review all names, dates, sizes, colors, and customization details carefully before submitting your order. Production begins after payment and any required artwork approval.

Delays
Belgique Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Belgique Boutique is not responsible for delays due to customs.
