Refunds and Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges Just contact us within: 7 Business days of delivery.
Once contact has been made, you have 7 Business days to ship items back to sender for an exchange.
We do not accept refunds or cancellations, due to each item being personalized and custom.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
